Maritimes trip

I can’t believe how incredibly fortunate I am to be Canadian. There’s so much majesty and variety that exists from east to west. A lot of Canadian’s have never even been outside of where they live and seen Canada which is a shame because to me it’s a must if you live here. I was in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI for a separate photoshoot which I’ll share more of later, but I had time to tour around the maritimes as well which I’m so glad I did as it was just so breathtaking!

One of my favourite provinces is Nova Scotia as it has Cape Breton, which is just jaw -droppingly beautiful. It has so much raw nature that exists within this park. It has magnificent waterfalls on rocky beaches that spill into the ocean, tons of nature hikes as well, and a good spot to see tons of wales, moose, etc. You feel like you’re the only one in existence, it’s very calming. I also really enjoyed Peggy’s Cove as well which has a rocky beach and a lighthouse at the top of the beach. and of course who can forget Lunenburg? It was a city full of colourful buidlings and eclectic architecture and a gorgeous boat harbour which is home to the Bluenose sailboat.

Another favourite province of mine is PEI, l love all of the red sand beaches, and dilapidated farmhouses, it felt like I was going back in time. It also has lighthouses scattered all over the province. Very gorgeous place to visit! 🙂
